General Returns Policy
If we physically ship something to you, you may return it
new, and unopened, within 30 days of delivery for a full
refund. We must receive your return within 30 days in
order for a refund to occur.
If we electronically send you something (an MP3 or PDF
download for example), our return policy is to refund your
purchase, for a full refund, if you are dissatisfied in any
way, and if you notify us within 30 days by sending an email

Once 30 days have elapsed, and we have not received
notification from you, all sales are considered final.
Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks

However, in many cases you will receive a refund more
quickly. This 4 week time period includes the transit time
for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10
business days), the time it takes us to process your return

takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10

Items that are opened, or returned more than 30 days after
delivery, will be considered complete and final, and will
