Ordering from us

We deliver both digital and physical products.

Digital
 If you order something from us digitally (an online service or web site for example), it is our policy to have your service set up within 5 business days of confirmation of your payment.  It generally happens much quicker than this, and in most cases, instantly.  However, this allows us time to be sure your payment has processed, as in some cases (eChecks, for example,) eChecks can take up to 5 business days for funds to clear the bank.

Physical
 If you order a physical product from us (a product or service which requires physical handling), it is our policy to have your product to you within 90 business days of confirmation of your payment.  It generally happens much quicker than this, and in most cases, within 7 days.  However, this allows us time to be sure your payment has processed, and allows time for backordering of products, payment processing issues (that could arise), shipping challenges, you moving locations in the middle of trying to get your product to you, and other unforeseen circumstances and/or acts of nature.

Returns Policy

General Returns Policy
If we physically ship something to you, you may return it new, and unopened, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  We must receive your return within 30 days in order for a refund to occur.

If we electronically send you something (an MP3 or PDF download for example), our return policy is to refund your purchase, for a full refund, if you are dissatisfied in any way, and if you notify us within 30 days by sending an email to support [AT] TheSupportCrew.com.

Once 30 days have elapsed, and we have not received notification from you, all sales are considered final.

Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of sending your request to support [AT] TheSupportCrew.com, or within 4 weeks of having sent your unopened, new, item.

However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This 4 week time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Items that are opened, or returned more than 30 days after delivery, will be considered complete and final, and will not be eligible for a refund.
